Shipping Method and Timetrame

 

We use third party shipping companies to deliver your order. The shipping time and cost depend on your location and the size of your order. We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options Standard shipping typically taken 5-7 business days to deliver your order, while expedited shipping taken 3-4 business days. [minimum 2 days , maximum 10 days(when there is some issue related to shipping company) , average 3-4 days].

 

Order Processing Time:

 

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Our typical order processing time is 1 business days. However, during peak seasons, such as holidays and sales, order processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

 

Order Tracking:

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your order and get updates on its delivery status. Shipping Rates:

 

We offer free shipping for all orders over (1000). For orders below this amount, we charge a flat rate shipping fee based on the weight and size of your order. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return / Exchange - Terms and Conditions

  • Customer can exchange the order within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

  • We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at arvy.the.luxurystore@gmail.com  and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.

  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 5 days of receiving the request.

  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on third party delivery partners .
    In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹150 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed).

  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

  • In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.

    EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

    We grant you a period of 3 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive.
    In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods returned. The amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
